Customer Service Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST
Delivery Policy: Orders placedbefore 3:30 p.m. EST will ship same day regular ground via UPS or FED Exunless otherwise specified. If the item is on backorder or unavailableto ship, the customer will be notified the same day. Orders take 1 to 4days for delivery depending on location.
Terms: Net 15. Orders for publications do require prepayment.
